Kortave subscriptions and one-time services are sold through Paddle.com Market Ltd., our Merchant of Record. Paddle is the seller of record for your purchase, issues your invoice, and processes refunds on our behalf in line with this policy. Nothing here limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you by law.
You can cancel at any time — there are no fixed-term lock-ins. Cancel from your account or by emailing hello@kortave.eu.
Cancellation stops all future renewals. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you keep access to your documents and account until then.
New subscribers may request a full refund within 14 days of their first payment, in line with the EU right of withdrawal for consumers.
After the first 14 days, monthly plans are not refunded for the current month, but you will not be charged again once you cancel. Annual plans may be refunded on a fair pro-rata basis for the remaining, undelivered portion, at our reasonable discretion.
If you are charged for a renewal you did not intend to keep, contact us within 14 days of that charge and we will refund it in full.
The Audit Sprint is a fixed-scope service. You may cancel for a full refund at any time before we begin work.
Once we have started the audit, the fee is non-refundable because bespoke work has been carried out on your behalf. If only part of the work has been delivered, we will assess a fair partial refund. Where a Sprint fee is later credited toward a subscription, the credited amount follows the subscription terms above.
If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, you have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason.
Where you ask us to start a digital service within that period and acknowledge that you will lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed, that right may end early. This does not affect any mandatory rights you have under the consumer law of your country of residence.
Email hello@kortave.eu with your account email address and the date of the charge, or reply to the Paddle receipt that was sent to you when you paid.
We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Paddle, and typically arrive within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
If anything about a charge looks wrong, please contact us first — most questions are resolved within a day or two.
Formal payment disputes and chargebacks are administered by Paddle as Merchant of Record under Paddle’s Buyer Terms.
Kortave is operated as a sole trader (egyéni vállalkozó) registered under Hungarian law. For anything relating to billing, cancellation, or refunds, email hello@kortave.eu.
